all of a sudden, after using the program for over a year and creating many numerical dimensions, the program now refuses to stack fractions at an angle, rather than vertical. All previous layout drawings have angular/stacked fractions. The interface that pops up when double clicking a line of text includes nothing/no way to stack - other than vertically. What's a poor landscape architect to do?
Not sure if this is related to the other problem you have reported or not - did they both come about at the same time?
Does the stacking problem occur even when you start with a anew drawing?
You can try resetting your environment:
For most versions of AutoCAD 2012 and later (including AutoCAD-based products), the reset utility can be found in the AutoCAD program group located in the Windows Start Menu:
* Start menu > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD 201x > "Reset Settings To Default"
Also be sure to run audit/purge on effected drawing files.
Thanks.
