This isn't enough information to definitively state the problem, unfortunately. From a Windows support standpoint, 2017 CAD software is also somewhat outdated in 2021.
Have you already attempted a profile-and-menu reset using progeCAD Center (Settings>Repair)?
Beyond that we would need to begin basic troubleshooting:
- What is your version of Windows?
Have you made recent major changes to printers, antivirus or PC hardware?
Have you recently applied Windows 10 update 2004 (20H1) or KB5001330?
You can also try standard Windows maintenance tools like "Disk Cleanup" and "sfc /cannow" to see if your system is more widely affected.
