When did you request a trial code?

We gets heaps of trial request messages every day saying "give me a T-FLEX Password" but no user code is included in the message. Due to our time constraints many of these "zombie requests" have to just get ignored now, especially when they come from lands famous for totally wasting our time (like India).
That all being said, it is entirely possible that you followed the instructions as they are written but still have no password. In that case check your email spam settings to be sure messages from CADDIT are not somehow blocked. This is important. As you indicate, the password is sent per email.
