Hey

can someone tell me if ALE's and Blocks are the same thing, and also how can you make an ALE/Block and how do you copy one from an existing drawings?

please help

I think that you'll find that they are the same. If you look in the Progecad manual page's 382 onwards you will see all about working with ALE's.
I think its a block library management system!
