Hello vince Ryan,

Use progeCAD's mtext command.

When you write text using mtext, right mouse-button click and a very large context menu of additional options appears.

One of those options is to insert special characters, which offers both superscript 2 (squared) and subscript 2.

We hope that helps.

That worked for the text box but reverted to the ? symbol in the model space

It seems that these special symbols do not work with a few of the SHX fonts supplied with progeCAD. Please hilite the required text and change to a true type font such as Arial, and see if that works.
