Welcome obe1,

Are you referring to viewport specific overide of default layer color?

The general characteristics of any paperspace viewport are changed by double-clicking on the viewport border entity (make sure that it is not on a hidden layer) - just like editing any other entity in progeCAD.

There are also some viewport specific commands like VPLAYER for controlling per-viewport layer visibility, I am just not sure exactly yet what kind of "overides" that you are looking for..

Thanks for the reply.

I have two options for a site layout that are quite busy and are xreffed into the main drawing. I am preparing a figure with four views. I wanted to show each in the normal state. I wanted to overlay them such that one was all blue and the other all red in order to show the common items and differences (in layout and foot print). Lastly I wanted to show a hybrid foot print (I dont require the xrefs for this view).
