CATIA V4 3D Plastic Design
CADDIT.net specializes in industrial drafting and  design, product development especially for  plastic parts and products, small and large. Our in-house CAD/CAM/CAE systems include T-FLEX CAD CAM, CATIA V4, Cadkey, progeCAD, VariCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Algor FEA and more. We also offer 3D file translation and custom CAD software development.


Plastic Part and Product Design

We are experienced plastic injection moulded part designers, whether for simple die concepts or complex shapes, draft requirements, PP living hinges or slides for undercuts. Our team offers experience with ABS, nylon and glass fill as well as other materials as needed.

Mechanical ANSI, ISO and DIN drafting including general dimensioning and tolerancing, as well as industrial and electrical draughting. CADDIT has access to a large library of pacticle manufacturing requirements for most plastics industries, including blow moulding, spin moulding and related tooling requirements.

Large or small assemblies requiring collaboration with vendors and third party suppliers, whether local to Australia or overseas can be challenging. We can integrate with virtually any platform, including PTC Pro Engineer, CATIA, Solidworks, EDS Unigraphics / Solidedge, AutoCAD and many others. When coupled with our wide range of virtual team communications and IT solutions, this offers fast results when meeting critical project deadlines.

Finite Element Analysis

Project testing and documentation such as FMEA, mechanical FEA simulation and analysis and testing, as well as physical prototyping are all part of many jobs. We have all the needed tools at our disposal to help make your concept a success. CADDIT also offers design CAD file translation services.
